TERMS & CONDITIONS (Revised 1^st June 2007)

The Company Earnonline India (Registered under Shops & Establishment Act, 1958) running the business under the name & style as “Earnonline Internet Business” put the terms and conditions with the object of keeping the harmless environment amongst the Company and Members, and to protect the interest of each other, as under:-

1.    The Company issues the Application Form to all the new members so that they can join our “Earnonline Internet Business” in which they are required to provide all the relevant information as desired by our Company.
2.    The members can Join to our eol e-learning Learn n’ Earn Course (6 Different Courses). The Joining is given in any one eol course as per member requirement and availability of Courses. The Payment therefore charged is for Training the Members for a scheduled period of 30/90 days after date of activation and in the Training they are taught how to perform Online Work, Companies we are affiliated with along with programs we are associated with. Fees once deposited is Non-Refundable.
3.    Overleaf – an application form can be submitted by any person having contractual capacity and who is resident and citizen of India. Submission of application means:-
(i)                   Applicant has accepted and agreed to abide by all company’s rules, regulations, terms, conditions, marketing plan etc. prevailing at the time of submission of application or any change, addition, alteration, modification etc. made in the rules, regulations, terms, conditions marketing plan etc. by the company from time to time after submission and acceptance of the application.
(ii)                  Applicant has fully understood the company’s framed “Earnonline Internet Business”
(iii)                 Applicant has not been forced or pressurized by anybody to join the “Earnonline Internet Business”
4.    After acceptance of the application by the company, applicant shall become the “Member/Affiliate” of the company for the purpose of doing Online Work, Advertisement Collection, Promoting Our Group websites and providing Training to other members as framed in “Earnonline Internet Business”
5.    The company has right to terminate / cancel / suspend and hold the membership when Member’s work found to be unethical and prejudicial to the interest of the company. The membership in the company shall finish or comes to an end when he/her himself/herself or any relative (as defined in the Companies Act, 1956 and or in the Income Tax Act, 1961) of the member join the other company having marketing/internet plan of the like nature to that of the Earnonline Internet Business Plan of this company.
6.    Company reserves the right to cancel/reject the membership in case members are found to provide wrong information or they adopt fraudulent methods.
7.    Earnonline India reserves the right to append and change the policies/terms and conditions at any given time. All the changes will be available on our website for Future Reference and that will be final and binding on all.
8.    Online work has be minimum of 700 Rupees per month and is payable only on achieving the minimum amount. Online Work Increases and Decreases every week as per the discretion of Our Advertisers. Earnonline India is not responsible if member gets Less/More work. The Company will not entertain any claims regarding minimum or maximum Online Work as it is fully governed by Third Party Websites/Advertisers/Merchants. The Company gives members platform to do Online Work which has been assigned.
9.    In case you do not work for a week then you are not eligible for any payment/work done by you and your downline.
10.              Please ensure that you do minimum 700 Rupees online work to get regular payments and avoid delay/stop in payment.
11.              In case of Internet Reimbursement – If member is unable to produce/send (any Documentary evidence in support of the bill) Member will not be paid anyhow. In case of forgery or mischievous act you will be debarred from any payments in future. The payment will be released only after proper verification & authentication. In case we find any mistakes and due to any reason not satisfied with your billing report, performance and results this payment may be discontinued at any point.
12.              Members will be discontinued from their membership if they are unable to make their both down lines or unable to make 2 members in their chain within 100 days after getting the Login id of our Program and also if they are unable to bring minimum advertisements (1000 Indian Rupees-INR) within 120 days after getting the Login id of our Program.
13.              Unnecessary clicking the ads and generating invalid clicks or using any unnecessary software for generating clicks and Leads or excess Leads or doing work of other member from same IP address will result in Banning the Member from that week or month or termination of account of that Member. In certain cases warning/notice may be issued but doing work against our Company Policy may result in Instant Banning/ Termination of Members account without any notice.
14.           The Terms and Conditions are final and binding on all and every member has to abide the Rules and regulations.
15.            All the major work we do is outsourced from United States; if they do not give us work Company will not be responsible for any Future and further payments and the Last Payment given to member will be treated as Final Settled Payment. No claim will be entertained by the Company regarding any Payment; in case Company does not get any work from Outside.
16.       The maximum amount given to members for Online work Payment is 15000 Rupees per month, any amount less than or equal to 15000 will be payable. Member will not be paid more than this amount in any case for one particular month and this amount means revenue generated from Him/Her as well as their Downline in Total. Postage & Handling charges of Rs. 30 are deducted for sending you Cheques every week.
17. Disputes of any kind between the company & member and vice versa shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only and shall be settled accordingly.
